Bound for Adepticon 2013

Its that time again, and I am getting things ready to go to Adepticon. I am excited this year as I will playing playing in my first event. Got a ticket to the Who's the Boss tourney. I watched one in the past and it seemed like its a fun event. Anyways, anyone else out there going? If so what are you most excited about?

Origins 2012: After Action report

I had a pretty good time at Origins 2012. I was slightly under the weather and that prevented me from doing everything I wanted. I ended up not being able to make the Felicia Day Questions and answers, but I did make it to the Wil Wheaton one. Wil is a funny guy and I am glad hes got things to do that he enjoys.

On of the things that I love the most about Origins is I can bring the whole family and everyone can have a good time. There are so many games and events you have to plan out your days to some extent or you will be lost.

I am at Origins again this year with the Family in tow. I will also be hanging out with Theleadhead a bunch. Will be updating stuff on twitter along with him so keep an eye out on the twitter feed. I was gonna put in a model in the painting contest, but wussed out.

The picture to the left is my Sparks McGee costume which I wore to the Wil Wheaton Q & A...

Should be a busy day today with lots of twitter updates.

WIP: Magnetizing my Warpwolf kit. So far I have it ready to be a feral, stalker, pureblood and in progress a Ghetorix. I have 2 whole kits, which lets me have enough parts to do all the arms / hands /head variants. Will also give me the 2 arms extra I need to make the Ghetorix. Expand for more pics.

Got back yesterday from my Adepticon trip. I am going to take a day to unwind and then I'll put up my thoughts and a few more pics of the 2012 iteration of this Event. I will say that I had a blast and plan on going again next year.
